COMPOSITION:

Each film-coated tablet contains:

• Tramadol Hydrochloride 37.5mg
• Paracetamol 325mg

INDICATIONS:

Moludol is indicated for the management of moderate to moderately severe pain, including:

• Musculoskeletal pain
• Postoperative pain
• Dental pain
• Joint pain and osteoarthritis
• Pain due to injury or trauma
• Low back pain and neuralgia

The combination of Tramadol and Paracetamol provides synergistic analgesic action — Tramadol acts centrally on opioid receptors, while Paracetamol enhances pain relief through peripheral and central mechanisms.
